No. The MilVet Rewards program is completely free to eligible participants. There is no cost to register or receive your reward.
Yes. In order to qualify for the MilVet Rewards check and the related donation, you must use the real estate agent referred to you by MilVet United. Transactions involving agents not referred through our program are not eligible.
The amount of your check depends on the details of your home sale or purchase. You can use our Rewards Calculator on the website to get an estimate. The check is issued after closing and once MilVet United receives the referral fee from the agent’s brokerage.
MilVet United issues reward checks after your transaction closes and the referral fee is received from the agent’s brokerage. Timing may vary depending on the closing date and processing times of the brokerage.
If you are already working with a real estate agent who was not referred by MilVet United, the transaction would not qualify under the current terms. However…
Yes. If you’re working with an agent who is not yet affiliated with MilVet United, they may be able to join our referral network. Have your agent contact us to begin the approval process. If approved and a referral agreement is signed before closing, you may still be eligible for the reward and donation benefits.
