Welcome to MilVet Home Rewards, a program offered by MilVet United. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MilVet Rewards website and your participation in the program. By using this site or registering for the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

The MilVet Rewards program is available exclusively to:

• Active duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces
• Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces
• Immediate family members of active duty or veteran service members

By registering, you confirm that you meet at least one of these eligibility criteria.

2. Program Overview

MilVet Home Rewards connects eligible participants with experienced real estate professionals through our national referral network. When you buy or sell a home using an agent referred by MilVet United, you may be eligible to receive a MilVet Home Rewards check after closing. In addition, MilVet United donates a meaningful amount to nonprofit organizations supporting veterans, active duty military personnel, and their families.

3. MilVet United Licensing & Referral Fee

MilVet United is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia. When you are referred to a participating real estate agent through the MilVet Rewards program and successfully close on a qualifying home sale or purchase, MilVet United receives a referral fee from that agent’s brokerage firm.

The issuance of your MilVet Home Rewards check, along with any donations to organizations supporting veterans and active-duty military communities, is contingent upon MilVet United receiving the referral fee in full. If no referral fee is received, no reward check or donation will be issued.

4. Registration & Participation

To qualify for MilVet Rewards, you must:

• Register through the official MilVet Home Rewards website prior to contacting a real estate agent
• Work exclusively with the real estate agent referred by MilVet United
• Complete all documentation required to verify eligibility and facilitate the reward and donation process

Transactions with agents not referred by MilVet United will be not eligible for rewards or donations.

5. Reward Distribution

MilVet Home Rewards checks are issued after the closing of a qualifying home sale or purchase and only after MilVet United has received the referral fee from the referred agent’s brokerage. The reward amount varies depending on the the transaction details. All payments are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with program requirements.

6. Charitable Contributions

MilVet United donates a portion of the referral fee to nonprofit organizations that support veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. Donations are made solely at MilVet United’s discretion and only after the referral fee has been received.

7. Real Estate Services & Responsibility

MilVet United does not directly represent you in any real estate transaction. All real estate services are provided by the licensed agent to whom you are referred. MilVet United is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any referred agent or other third-party service provider.

8. Liability Disclaimer

MilVet United shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising out of your real estate transaction, use of the MilVet Home Rewards program, or reliance on any information provided on our website. Participation in the program is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Warranties

The MilVet Rewards program and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” MilVet United makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or services.

10. Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

This website is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this website for commercial purposes without written consent from MilVet United.

11. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. MilVet United is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of any external sites and does not endorse them.

12. Linking to Our Website

You may link to the MilVet Home Rewards homepage provided the link is lawful, does not misrepresent your relationship with us, and does not damage our reputation. You may not frame or reproduce any part of our site without prior permission.

13. Use of Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or other content you submit through our website will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. MilVet United may use submissions for any purpose without compensation or attribution.

14. Your Account

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

15. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or program for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activity, including attempting to interfere with the operation of the site or submitting false or misleading information.

16. Errors and Delays

MilVet United is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures in the MilVet Rewards program resulting from inaccurate information provided by you, technical malfunctions, or events beyond our control.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the MilVet Rewards program shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through informal, good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Virginia, administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service.

Limitation of Damages and Awards:

• The arbitrator may award only actual damages permitted by law and these Terms.
• Punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages are expressly excluded.
• The maximum amount recoverable by either party in arbitration shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the value of the MilVet Home Rewards check issued to you; or (b) $1,000 USD.

Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial and class-action participation.

18. Changes to Our Website

MilVet United reserves the right to change or discontinue any part of the MilVet Home Rewards website or program at any time without notice. Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site or program constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Other Terms

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and MilVet United with respect to the MilVet Home Rewards program. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

20. Copyright Provision

All content on the MilVet Home Rewards website—including text, graphics, images, logos, and software—is the property of MilVet United or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
